How to clear the counters in Deep Security Manager

Deep Security Manager includes a command line option that will allow you to reset the counters in use on your console.
Important: Clearing the counters will have a global impact and will affect all administrators of the system.

You are unable to log in to DSM most likely because there is no connection between the DSM and the Microsoft SQL Server.
To clear the counters in Deep Security Manager:
  1. Open a command line window on your Deep Security Manager host.
  2. Change directory to where Deep Security Manager is installed. For example:
    cd c:\Program Files\Trend Micro\Deep Security Manager
  3. Run the following command to reset your counters:
    dsm_c -action resetcounters
