Enable the debug mode

  1. On the Security Server, go to the ..\PCCSRV\Private\Logserver folder and copy the following files to the C drive (C:\) root directory of the WFBS client you want to debug:
    • LogServer.exe
    • tmdbg20.dll
  2. On the WFBS client, open a new file using a text editor such as Notepad.
  3. Enter the following lines:

    [debug]
    Debuglevel=9
    Debuglog=C:\ofcdebug.log
    debugLevel_new=D
    debugSplitSize=104857600
    debugSplitPeriod=24
    debugRemoveAfterSplit=1

  4. Save the file as ofcdebug.ini on the C:\ directory.
  5. Run the C:\LogServer.exe file.
  6. Recreate the issue you encountered with the WFBS client.
  7. Send the ofcdebug.log file located in C:\ directory to Trend Micro Technical Support for analysis.

Disable the debug mode

  1. Close the command prompt windows, or stop the Logserver.exe process in Task Manager.
  2. Delete the ofcdebug.ini file and the files you copied in Step 1.
