Cannot update the Smart Scan server pattern even if the WFBS 7.0 Smart Scan Service frequently downloads pattern files

"Disk full" causes Smart Scan patterns (*.tbl) to be corrupted. As a result, the Smart Scan server continuously tries to load corrupted patterns and fails.

This article applies when Smart Scan server pattern is not updating or is not up to date.
