Manually enabling and disabling debugging in Worry-Free Business Security Services (WFBS-SVC)

To enable debugging:
  1. Open the …\Program Files\Trend Micro\Client Server Security Agent\HostedAgent\ofcdebug.ini file using a text editor like Notepad.
  2. Under [debug] section, change the following to:
    Enabled = 1
    debuglog = .\log\agent.log
    debuglevel = 9
    LogHostedOnly = 0
    debugSplitSize = 10000000 
  3. Save the changes and close the file.
  4. Go to …\Program Files\Trend Micro\Client Server Security Agent\HostedAgent and double-click the Logserver.exe file.
  5. Replicate the issue to generate the required logs.
  6. Send the agent.log file to Trend Micro Technical Support for analysis.
    Note: Run the debug for 10 minutes or more during replication.
To disable debugging:
  1. Close the command prompt window, or kill the Logserver.exe process in task manager.
  2. Open the ...\Program Files\Trend Micro\Client Server Security Agent\HostedAgent\ofcdebug.ini file using a text editor like Notepad.
  3. Under [debug] section, change the value of "Enabled=1" to "0".
  4. Save the changes and close the file.
