    • 8 Oct 2015
    • Product/Version:

Summary

This issue usually happens when Outlook is not closed properly. Or, in this situation, there may be pending Outlook processes that cannot be closed. Having many Outlook processes may cause the toolbar to apply only to a pending process and not to the current active one.

Trend Micro Antispam Toolbar only supports Windows XP SP2 32-bit, Windows Vista and Vista SP1 (32-bit and 64-bit).
