Do the following to disable the Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration that may be causing this issue:

For Windows 2003

  1. Close the Internet Explorer.
  2. Open Add/Remove Programs.
  3. Under Add/Remove Windows Components, deselect the Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration option, and then click Next > Finish.
  4. Download your product from Trend Micro Download Center.

For Windows 2008

  1. Close the Internet Explorer.
  2. Open the Server Manager.
  3. On the Security Information section, click Configure IE ESC, and then turn off the IE ESC.
  4. Download your product from Trend Micro Download Center.
