Changing the unload password of the Security Agent (SA) of Worry-Free Business Security (WFBS)

If you forgot the unload password of the SA, you can change it through the WFBS console.

To change the unload password:

  1. Log in to the WFBS console.
  2. Go to Preferences > Global Settings > Desktop/Server.
  3. Under the Security Agent Exit and Unlock section, select Require client users to enter a password to exit and unlock the Security Agent.
  4. Type the new password for unloading the SA.
  5. Click Save.
