To change the password:

 
If your keyboard layout is not UK, change the keyboard layout first.
  1. Log in to the TMEEG machine as the root user.
  2. Run the command below in the root prompt:

    # psql -Upmg identum

  3. Enter "identum" when prompted for password.
  4. When you are logged in psql, enter the following command to change to password:

    identum=> update users set
    password=',#XI\204\225\3539\3536D\227\334E\005K'
    where username='administrator';

  5. Execute "identum=> \q" to exit the database editor.

You can now log in to the web console using the following information:

Username: administrator
Password: trendmicro
