  3. Navigate to Windows Firewall Properties.
  4. In the Firewall state drop-down list, select off and then click OK.
  5. Close the Windows Firewall window.

To open Port 16372:

  1. Go to Start > Administrative Tools > Windows Firewall with Advance Security.
  2. Highlight the following in the left panel:
    • Windows Firewall with Advanced Security
    • Inbound Rules
  3. Click New Rule in the right panel.
  4. Select Port in the Rule Type Window and then click Next.
  5. Select TCP and Specific Local ports in the next screen that will appear.
  6. Type "16372" in the Port field and then click Next.
  7. Select Allow the connection and then click Next.
  8. Make the appropriate selections according to your network security policies and then click Next.
