Changing the unload password of the Security Agent in Worry-Free Business Security Services (WFBS-SVC)

To change the exit/unlock password of the Security Agent:

  1. Log on to the WFBS-SVC console.
  2. Go to Policies > Additional Settings > Global Security Agent Settings > Agent Control.
  3. In the Exit / Unlock section, tick the box Require a password to exit the Security Agent or unlock advanced settings checkbox.

  4. Type in the new password.

    Enter new password

  5. Click Save.
