If you forgot the password for unloading the Security Agent, you can change it using the WFBS-SVC web console.
To change the exit/unlock password of the Security Agent:
- Log on to the WFBS-SVC console.
- Go to Policies > Additional Settings > Global Security Agent Settings > Agent Control.

In the Exit / Unlock section, tick the box Require a password to exit the Security Agent or unlock advanced settings checkbox.

Type in the new password.
- Click Save.
