- Check if your domain is reflecting on the Internet. You may do any of these methods:
- Open a command prompt window and run the "nslookup" command.
- Use a DNS query website such as http://dnsgoodies.com/.
- If the results show that your domain is non-existent, check with your domain/ISP provider to resolve the issue.
If your domain is confirmed to be reflecting on the Internet, contact HES Support for further assistance.
