Summary
The Mail Tracking Logs of HES shows that the emails are in Blocked Traffic with the following reason:
Temporary (Service temporarily unavailable)
Details
Public
The issue occurs because HES, before delivering emails to the recipient, will first check if the domains are valid and existing. If the domain is non-existent, the email will be dropped from the queue.
To resolve the issue, do any of the following:
If the emails in question are incoming emails for an HES managed domain:
  1. Check if your domain is reflecting on the Internet. You may do any of these methods:
    • Open a command prompt window and run the "nslookup" command.
    • Use a DNS query website such as http://dnsgoodies.com/.
  2. If the results show that your domain is non-existent, check with your domain/ISP provider to resolve the issue.
If your domain is confirmed to be reflecting on the Internet, contact HES Support for further assistance.
If the emails in question are outgoing emails from your HES managed domain:
Make sure that the recipients’ domains are valid and are reflecting on the Internet. You may do the same steps as above. Otherwise, you may contact HES Support to help you resolve the issue.
