To use the WFBS Console Recovery tool:

  1. Go to ..\Program Files\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV\. You can also go to ..\Program Files\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV\Admin\Utility\ for shortcut.
  2. Double-click the SrvDiag.exe file.
  3. Enter the administrator account and password, and then click Reconstruct Server Website to reconstruct the website.

    For WFBS 7.0:

    Reconstruct Server Website

    For WFBS 8.0 & 9.0:

    Reconstruct Server Website 

  4. Click Reconstruct Server Database to reconstruct the database.
    This will automatically create a database backup.

    For WFBS 7.0:

    Reconstruct Server Database

    For WFBS 8.0 & 9.0:

    Reconstruct Server Website
