Having to manually recreate each account and role on every OfficeScan server will be time consuming. Learn the procedure on how to automatically copy the User Accounts and Roles from one OfficeScan console to another.
To copy the user accounts and roles, do the following:
- Stop the OfficeScan Master Service on server B.
- Back up all the files in the \PCCSRV\Private\Authorstore folder of server B.
- Replace all the files inside server B's \PCCSRV\Private\Authorstore folder with the files from server A's \PCCSRV\Private\Authorstore folder.
- Start the OfficeScan Master Service on server B.
- Verify that the user accounts are now present in the OfficeScan console of server B.
