The following error shows when you install the CSA using any methods aside from Client Packager:
Error launching Security Installation. Missing File $: \Program Files\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV\Download\Cloudwin32.msi
You noticed that the installation files are missing from the Download folder. You try Client Packager but cannot create a client package because the mapi32.dll file is also missing.
To resolve the issue:
- Go to C:\Windows\system32\ and replace mapi32.dll.
- Reinstall the Security Server to recreate the files needed for the Security Agent installation.
