Incorrect values are shown by the OfficeScan Active Directory (AD) Scope

To resolve this issue:
  1. Apply OfficeScan 10 Service Pack 1.
  2. Apply Officescan 10 Service Pack 1 Patch 1 (Build 1895) or the latest patch available.
  3. Stop the following services:
    • OfficeScan Master Service
    • OfficeScan Active Directory Integration Service
  4. Create a backup of the ..Trend Micro\OfficeScan\PCCSRV\HTTPDB folder, and then delete the following files from the database directory:
    • dbADComp1.cdx
    • dbADComp1.dbf
    • dbADComp2.cdx
    • dbADComp2.dbf
    • dbADScope.dbf
    • dbADScope.cdx
  5. Start the following services:
    • OfficeScan Master Service
    • OfficeScan Active Directory Integration Service
  6. Log on to the OfficeScan console.
  7. Go to Security Compliance > Active Directory Scope.
  8. Check the domain(s) listed there.
  9. Click Save and re-assess, and then click OK on the pop-up windows.
