Transferring licenses and domains to multiple Hosted Email Security (HES) accounts

Know what to do when you have multiple HES licenses and domains under your Customer Licensing Portal (CLP)/HES account and you want to move some of them from your account to another account.

  1. Contact Technical Support to help you move the licenses and domains to your clients’ HES accounts.
  2. Provide them the following information:
    • Original HES account, source of the licenses/domains
    • Activation Code(s) to be transferred to your clients’ HES accounts
    • HES account(s) where the licenses/domains will be transferred
    • Domain(s) to be transferred
You need to specify whose HES account the specific domain will be transferred to. You can make a table similar to the one shown below to simplify the information.
