Adjusting CPU usage for different scan types in OfficeScan (OSCE)

Adjust your OfficeScan CPU usage for the following scan types:

  • Manual Scan
  • Scheduled Scan
  • Scan Now

Do the following:

  1. Log on to the OfficeScan server management console.
  2. Go to Agent > Agent Management and then select the domain/group/machine that you want to adjust the CPU usage.
  3. Click Settings and then select from the following type of scan:
    • Manual Scan
    • Scheduled Scan
    • Scan Now
  4. Under the Target tab, look for the CPU Usage Section and adjust as needed.
