"The HTTP task will not load" appears and the Domino HTTP task will not load

Summary
When a new Domino Server version 8.5.x on Windows 2008 R2 platform is freshly deployed and the platform has OfficeScan installed, the domino HTTP task will not load. The following error message appears:
The HTTP task will not load.
When the OfficeScan client is unloaded, the issue and error will not appear. However, the environment will have no antivirus protection on the server itself.

To resolve this issue:

For OfficeScan 10.x and 11.0

Follow the steps in this article: Enabling the approved TMProxy process whitelist deployment feature.

The process that needs to be whitelisted is the Domino HTTP process. After this, the issue will be resolved and the proper process to be configured is "nthttp".
