[Hot Fix] B3052 - A missing field in the CMAgent update document causes the SMDupd task to stop unexpectedly in ScanMail for Lotus Domino 5.0 for Windows 32bit

Summary
A missing field in the CMAgent update document causes the SMDupd task to stop unexpectedly while performing engine updates from the Control Manager(TM) server. Hot fix 3052 enables SMDupd to check if "OS" field is missing from the CMAgent update document while loading SMDupd,which avoids SMDupd stopping unexpectedly.
