You are unable to update your OfficeScan client firewall drivers.

Check if the ApNT.ini and ApNT_X64.ini files contain tm_cfw.sys. If tm_cfw.sys does not exist, do the following:

  1. Back up the ApNT.ini and ApNT_X64.ini files in\PCCSRV\Autopcc.cfg.
  2. Open ApNT.ini and add "pccnt\DRV\TM_CFW.sys" on the file.
  3. Save and close the ApNT.ini file.
  4. Open ApNT_X64.ini and add "pccnt\DRV\X64\TM_CFW.sys" on the file.
  5. Save and close the ApNT_X64.ini file.
  6. Try to perform autopcc from one problematic client machine.
  7. Compare the drive version of the server and client, and check if it got updated.
