"Cannot launch cloudX64.msi" appears when installing the Security Agent (SA) in a 64-bit operating system

The error message appears when there are SA components present in the computer that may cause corrupted installation/uninstallation.

To resolve the issue, do the following:
  1. Manually uninstall the Security Agent. Follow the procedure in this article: Manually uninstalling WFBS Security Agent using the uninstall tool.
    Note: Make sure to restart the computer after using the uninstall tool.
  2. Reinstall the SA. To do this, you can run the cloudX64.msi from .\PCCSRV\download directory.
    If the issue persists, update the cloudx64.msi package and reinstall the Security Agent. Follow the procedure in this article: How to manually update the client installer package in the WFBS 7.0 Server by using client packager utility.
