Summary
Note: This solution only applies to Worry-Free Business Security Advanced 7.0, 8.0, and 9.0.
The issue may occur when there is not enough disk space in your computer. The Exchange Server is designed to reject incoming/relay mails when the disk space is lower than 2% of the total disk size.
After installing the MSA and pattern updates, the remaining disk space is 1.5 GB. If the total disk size is 100GB, Exchange will think that the disk space is lower than 2% and will reject incoming emails.
Details
To resolve the issue:
- Before installing the MSA, make sure that you have enough disk space.
- If the disk space available is near 2 percent, install the MSA on a different partition. Refer to this article: Installing the MSA from the WFBS console.
Note: In the next WFBS major release, a warning message for the MSA will be included, which will inform the user that his disk space is running out.
