Installation/Upgrade

  • The SA cannot uninstall Sophos 9.5 Endpoint Security and ESET NOD32 4.0.474.0.
  • Users may experience issues that prevent them from installing an SA.
Security Server
  • Live Status may display the Messaging Security Agent (MSA) engine as out-of-date after upgrading from version 6.0.
  • Hot Fix, Critical Patch and Patch information are added to the About page on the server side.
  • The Security Server may freeze due to the Anti-Malware Solution Platform (AMSP) driver query status failure in the Terminal Server.
Security Agent
  • When users access files on the network, WFBS attempts to scan floppy drives first, which takes a long time.
  • Users may experience SQL Server performance issues.
  • TmProxy sometimes fails to delete streaming data in the cache folder.
  • Frequent system processes consume kernel memory without releasing it, causing system performance to slow down.
  • Users may experience unexpected CoreserviceShell.exe process termination.
  • Client package's information is incorrect for the Group Policy Object when deploying an SA via Active Directory.
  • The SA may fail to exit properly and can cause the computer to hang.
  • The ClnDiag tool is merged with the WFBS 7.0 SA.
  • TMProxy whitelist may use wrong values.
  • Blocked URL count may show the wrong value and cannot be configured.
  • Old virus patterns may not have been removed.
