The Security Agent of WFBS 7.0 Build 1396 (or lower) cannot be installed on a Terminal Server. You get this message instead:

To resolve the issue:
  1. Run the SA uninstall tool on the Terminal Server.
  2. Install hot fix build 1395 on the WFBS Server. Refer to this article: [Hot Fix] B1395 - Users may experience issues that prevent them from installing the WFBS Security Agent (CSA/SA).
  3. Install the SA on the Terminal Server using any of these methods:
