Summary
When you try to open a Zero download message through OWA, the following error message shows:
The message could not be opened
Details
This issue happens because the critical software updates that provide support for safe HTTP are required to read Zero Download messages in OWA. Some mail scanners and content filters may also cause this error message by modifying the HTM file.
To resolve the issue, do one of the following:
- For Exchange 2007, apply Service Pack 1 and the latest updates. Execute the command below on the Exchange administration console:
