To deactivate the debugging:
  1. Stop the SA.
  2. Download the system_config.zip file and extract the system_conf.cfg file using the password "novirus" (without the quotation marks).
  3. Replace the system_conf.cfg file in the AMSP folder with the one you just downloaded.
  4. Open the Registry Editor (regedit.exe).
Important: Always back up the whole registry before making any modifications. Incorrect changes to the registry can cause serious system problems.
  5. Go to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TrendMicro\AEGIS\ registry hive and delete the DebugLogFlags registry key.
  6. Open the AmspConfig.ini file using a text editor like Notepad and set the "DebugLevel" parameter to "0".
  7. Make sure the debug mode is switched off in the Worry-Free Business Security (WFBS) console. Click the M in the upper left corner of the console where it says "Trend Micro".
  8. Start the SA.
