This article shows you how to edit a customer or partner account in Licensing Management Platform (LMP).

Details
Public

To edit a customer account:

  1. Log on to the Licensing Management Platform console.
  2. On the navigation bar, click Users > Customers.
  3. Click the customer account to modify.
  4. On the customer profile, click Edit.
  5. Make the necessary changes.
  6. Click Save.

To edit a partner account:

  1. Log on to the Licensing Management Platform console.
  2. Click Users > Partners.
  3. Locate and click the account in the table.
  4. Click the Modify button or Edit button beside the account name.
  5. Make the necessary changes.
  6. Click Save.
