This article lists down the known issues in Licensing Management Platform (LMP).
Service not yet activated
If you click your registered service, the link is no clickable.
The issue happens because the license start date is set in the future and that the service is not ready to be used.
To address this issue, contact your Partner to verify the service date.
Service UnavailableWhen you click the link of your registered service, the message "The service you are requesting is under maintenance, please try again later" appears.
This means that the service URL is unavailable and is possibly down for maintenance. The URL cannot redirect to the service side.
To resolve the issue, contact your Partner to file a case to Trend Micro.
Wrong account credentials
The message "Incorrect account or password" appears when you log in to the console. To resolve the issue, verify the account ID/password and retry appears when you log on to the console.
To resolve the issue:
- Make sure to have the correct platform URL and type the correct account ID and password.
- If you are unable to remember any log-in information, click the Forgot your password? link to request for a new password.
Create a new account (for new end-customers with a valid Registration Key (RK)
- xSP partners can create RKs from Licensing Management Platform and send the RKs to their customers.
- New end-customers with valid RKs can register themselves using this function.
