Installing the Deep Security Agent (DSA) on Solaris in the global zone

Summary

When Zones are running with Solaris 10, the Deep Security Agent (DSA) installation is only supported on the global zone.

If you use the following command, it will install the DSA in both the global and non-global zones:

# pkgadd -d Agent-Solaris_5.10_U7_sparc-7.5.0-5531.sparc.pkg all

To install the DSAgent only to the global zone, run the following command:

# pkgadd -G -d Agent-Solaris_5.10_U7_sparc-7.5.0-5531.sparc.pkg all
