When installing FDE, an error stating that you cannot be authenticated appears.
This issue happens when you attempt to install FDE to the Enterprise versus the group level, or when you attempt to install FDE into a group with user credentials.
It is recommended to create an Administrator or Authenticator account in the group where you are attempting to install the device. You should also make sure that you are using group Administrator/Authenticator credentials to complete the installation.
When you try to install the device again using Administrator/Authenticator Username and Password, the device will be assigned to a group and should function properly.
