To enable the HELO/EHLO command:
  1. For IMSS 7.1, you need to install the IMSS 7.1 for Windows Patch 1. For more information about this patch, refer to the Readme file.
    For IMSS 7.5, proceed to the next step.
  2. Open the tsmtpd.ini file using a text editor.
  3. Under the [SmtpServer] section, add the following parameter and value:
    RequireHeloDomain=0
    Note: For IMSS 7.5, you just need to modify the value of the parameter above because the default value is "1".
  4. Save and close the file.
  5. Restart the IMSS SMTP service.
