There has been a slight change in generating an installer using Client Packager in OfficeScan. Instead of "NT" in the "/o" switch, you now need to use "x86". Therefore, the following command for the old OfficeScan versions no longer works:

"C:\Trend Micro\OfficeScan\PCCSRV\Admin\Utility\ClientPackager\ClnPack.exe" /i  /q  /o NT /s "C:\Trend Micro\OfficeScan\PCCSRV\"  /d C:\temp\test\setup.exe

You should run this command for OfficeScan 11.0 and XG:

"C:\Trend Micro\OfficeScan\PCCSRV\Admin\Utility\ClientPackager\ClnPack.exe" /i  /q  /o x86 /s "C:\Trend Micro\OfficeScan\PCCSRV\"  /d C:\temp\test\setup.exe

Make sure that the C:\temp\test folder exists on the machine, or you can substitute any preferred location.

You can also browse through the other usable switches of Client Packager by running this command:

"C:\Trend Micro\OfficeScan\PCCSRV\Admin\Utility\ClientPackager\ClnPack.exe" /?
