Know the different items to check to identify the current components applied. This is useful for the following scenarios:
- Confirming the current application build and anti-malware component versions after installation.
- Providing information to Trend Micro Technical Support during initial support contact.
To view the version information for WFBS-SVC Security Agents:
- Log on to the WFBS-SVC console.
- Click on Devices.
- Click the Customized Columns icon.
- Make sure that the option for Agent Version is enabled.
- Click Save to implement the new settings.
On the Devices screen, the WFBS-SVC Security Agent version is displayed under the Agent Version column.

To view the pattern file and engine version information for WFBS-SVC Security Agents:
- Log on to the WFBS-SVC console.
- Click on Devices.
- Click the Customized Columns icon.

Enable the options for Virus Pattern, Virus Engine and Smart Scan Agent Pattern.

- Click Save to implement the new settings.
On the Devices screen, the WFBS-SVC Security Agent pattern and engine versions are displayed under their respective columns.

To find your WFBS-SVC Activation Code (AC):
- Log on to the WFBS-SVC console.

Go to Administration > License.
Under your License page, you will find your WFBS-SVC AC that starts with WF- with seven sections separated by dashes using the format below (Where X is a random alphanumeric character):
