A shared drive on a network becomes inaccessible while the WFBS-SVC agent is running.

You need to restart the shared drive computer to be able to access it again.

To resolve the issue:

  1. Log on to the WFBS-SVC console.
  2. Under the Devices tree , select the group of the affected computer.
  3. Click Configure Policy > Antivirus/Anti-spyware.
  4. Under Select a condition section, choose Scan files being created or modified.

  5. Expand Advanced Settings. Make sure that the Scan mapped drives and shared folders on the network checkbox is unchecked.
