A shared drive on a network becomes inaccessible while the WFBS-SVC agent is running.
To resolve the issue:
- Log on to the WFBS-SVC console.
- Click Security Agents, select the group of the affected computer.
- Click Configure Policy > Scan Settings.
- Under Real-Time Scan, Click Configure Settings.
Go to Target > Scan Settings and under User activity on files, select Created, modified, or retrieved.
Under Advanced Settings, uncheck Scan mapped drives and shared folders on the network.
