Cannot log on to an account created via the Licensing Management Platform

You purchased your license from a reseller or partner who created your account via the Licensing Management Platform, but you are unable to access your account.

To resolve the issue, do any of the following:
  • Make sure that you have the correct service URL. The URL for accounts created by resellers/partners via the Licensing Management Portal is different from the regular service URL.
  • If you lost the correct URL, contact the reseller or partner who issued the license of the account you created.
  • Enter the password carefully. A leading or trailing blank space will be treated as a part of the string, and this usually causes a log-in error.
  • Click Forgot your password? on the log-on page.
    A reset password email will be sent to the registered email address. There will be a link in the email to reset the password. The link is valid for 1 hour.
