You purchased your license from a reseller or partner who created your account via the Licensing Management Platform (LMP), but you are unable to access your account.
To resolve the issue, do any of the following:
- Make sure that you have the correct service URL. The URL for accounts created by resellers/partners via the Licensing Management Portal is different from the regular service URL.
- If you lost the correct URL, contact the reseller or partner who issued the license of the account you created.
- Enter the password carefully. A leading or trailing blank space will be treated as a part of the string, and this usually causes a log in error.

A reset password email will be sent to the registered email address. There will be a link in the email to reset the password. The link is valid for 1 hour.
