To resolve the issue:
- Uninstall the WFBS-SVC for Dell Agent.
- Restart the computer.
Reinstall the Agent. Follow the procedure in this article: Downloading the Agent installer of WFBS-SVC.
After reinstalling the Agent, you no longer need to click the Magic Link to activate it.
If the issue persists, WFBS-SVC for Dell may be experiencing some internal issues. Contact Trend Micro Technical Support and provide the following:
- Activation Code
- Login username
- Time the issue happened and region you are in
- Screenshot (including the URL)
