- Model of the PC where the issue occurred
- Version of the operating system (32 or 64 bit)
- Frequency of the issue
- Steps to duplicate the issue
If it is not possible, do the following:
- Log in to FDE as a PolicyServer Administrator.
- Access the Recovery Console.
- Decrypt the drive within the FDE Recovery Console.
- Attempt to boot into Windows and allow Windows to repair any issues.
