You may encounter one of the following scenarios:
Scenario 1:
You get the error message "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" or "Page cannot be displayed" when opening the WFBS console. This happens when the OfficeScan website no longer appears in Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
To resolve the issue:
  1. Use the Srvdiag.ext Tool to recreate the OfficeScan website.
  2. Recreate the OfficeScan website using the svrsvcsetup.exe tool. Refer to this article: An error appears when opening the Security Server web console
Scenario 2:
You get the "5xx" error in Internet Explorer when opening the management console after the upgrade.
To resolve this issue, create an Application Pool for the OfficeScan website. Follow the procedure in this article: The message "You are not authorized to view this page" shows up when accessing the WFBS console
For cases where the OfficeScan website disappears in IIS after the upgrade and does not get recreated even after performing the solutions above, download the WFBS 7.0 SP1 Full Package installer and run it on top of the existing Security Server to replace possible missing or corrupted Security Server files.
If the issue persists:
  1. Run the Case Diagnostic Tool (CDT).
  2. Send the CDT logs to Trend Micro Technical Support.
