Legitimate emails are being falsely detected as spam by the Messaging Security Agent (MSA) of WFBS.
To resolve the issue, update your Anti-Spam Pattern files:
- Log on to the WFBS console.
- Go to Updates > Manual.
- Uncheck the Components and tick the Messaging Security Agent check box. You may also select all the components to update all the pattern files.
- Click Update Now.
To set the update schedule, go to Updates > Scheduled and set the time you want the product to perform automatic updates.
