Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) appears when the Worry–Free Business Security Services (WFBS-SVC) Agent is running

Your computer stops responding and shows the Blue Screen of Death after running the WFBS-SVC agent.

This is a known issue with Dell computers using Atheros AR9285 Wireless Network Adapter. To resolve the issue, update the driver version of your Atheros AR9285 Wireless Network Adapter. 
To resolve the issue:
  1. Click the Windows Orb.
  2. Type "Device Manager" on the Search bar and hit Enter.
  3. Expand Network adapters.
  4. Right-click on Atheros AR9285 Wireless Network Adapter and choose Properties.

  5. Click on the Driver tab.
  6. The Atheros AR9285 Wireless Network Adapter driver version you will see is the same as the one in the screenshot below.

  7. Download and install the latest driver.
  8. Go to the Atheros website and look for "Version: 9.2.0.113 for OS: Windows 7 (Seven) 32/64bit".
  9. Click Download.
  10. Update the driver. Follow any of the three procedures indicated in this Microsoft article: Update a driver for hardware that isn't working properly.
    Note: Make sure to pick the INF file that supports your OS (32-bit or 64-bit).
  11. Restart the computer and double check the Atheros AR9285 Wireless Network Adapter driver.
    If the above procedure fails to resolve the BSOD issue:
    1. Generate a complete Memory Dump File.
    2. Replicate the issue and collect the dump file.
    3. Contact Technical Support.
    4. Provide a description of your issue and attach the Memory Dump File.
