Use Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2008 R2 (instead of windows Server 2003) to deploy SCEP server for TMMS for iOS.

But if you want to use Windows Server 2003 for SCEP, do the following to deploy SCEP:

 
The steps below assumes that the server already has a Certificate Authority (CA) available.
  1. Download Simple Certificate Enrollment Protocol (SCEP) Add-on for Certificate Services from Microsoft Download Center.
  2. Run the file to start the installation setup wizard.
  3. Click Next to continue.

  4. Select Use the local system account and click Next.

  5. Select Require SCEP Challenge Phrase to Enroll and click Next.

  6. Fill in the SCEP RA Certificate Enrollment information (if desired), and click Next.

  7. Restart IIS.
  8. Access the SCEP Server admin page at "http://<scep_server>/certsrv/mscep_admin/" to view the password.
