After installing TMMS, its status shows "Unhealthy" and oudated on your Android device and on the policy server.
The issue occurs because of the following:
- The device is still synchronizing with the policy server.
- The device is unable to communicate with the policy server.
To resolve the issue:
- Ensure that the device can reach the policy server via IP or hostname and can access the installation link:
http://<ip address or hostname>:<port>/officescan/PLS_TMMS_CGI/cgiOsmaProvision.dll
Verify this by accessing the installation link from your device's browser.
- Ensure that the device can communicate with the policy server via port number specified in the policy settings.
Consider the following while configuring the Common Policy Server settings:
Public Settings for Mobile Devices
- If you do not select the HTTPS port in Public Settings for Mobile Devices, the device will use the HTTP port to communicate with the Policy server.
To use the HTTPS port to communicate with the Policy server, you need to upload the SSL certificate to the Mobile Security:
- Log on to the OfficeScan Web console.
- On the main menu, click Plug-in Manager.
- Go to Administration > Certificate Management.
- Click Add, select the certificate, and then click Save.
