Learn how you can change the account information of your SafeSync.
- Log on the SafeSync web console.
- Click Edit account under Account Information. This will open Customer Licensing Portal.
- If prompted, log in using the email address and password you used to register your SafeSync account. This will open a portal Customer Licensing Portal.
- On the Customer Licensing Portal, click My Account to view or edit your account details.
- Edit or modify your account details (Account name, Password, Name, Email address, Language and Time zone.) Note: To prevent any complications, please make sure that your “Account name” is the same with “Email address” field.
- Click Submit. You will get "Saved changes" notification from your browser and you will also receive a confirmation email.
