Editing your account details in SafeSync for Business

To change your account details:
  1. Log on the SafeSync web console.
  2. Click Edit account under Account Information. This will open Customer Licensing Portal.

  3. If prompted, log in using the email address and password you used to register your SafeSync account. This will open a portal Customer Licensing Portal.
  4. On the Customer Licensing Portal, click My Account to view or edit your account details.
  5. Edit or modify your account details (Account name, Password, Name, Email address, Language and Time zone.)

    Note: To prevent any complications, please make sure that your “Account name” is the same with “Email address” field. 
  6. Click Submit.
    You will get "Saved changes" notification from your browser and you will also receive a confirmation email.
