Database backup to specified path failed, backup to [PCCSRV\Web\Service\DBTEMP] folder instead

Do the following to resolve the error:

  1. Request the osce_106_win_en_hfb1122.exe file from Trend Micro Technical Support.

    For Premium Support Program (PSP) clients, contact your Technical Account Manager (TAM) directly.

  2. Copy the hot fix file to a temporary folder.
  3. Double-click the file to automatically copy the modules to the correct destination.
