Major Operating System/Hypervisor Updates or Service Packs
Trend Micro will certify supported released products (current release and previous/one back) on operating system major service pack/updates (i.e. Windows XP SP3) within 90 days after the OS update is released, unless it has been determined, during testing, that a product change is required. In case when Trend Micro determines the need for a product change to support the OS service pack/update, a new date will be communicated via support channels. Software Incompatibilities, if any, will be communicated on our website.
Minor Operating System/Hypervisor Updates or Bug Fixes
Trend Micro will exert it best effort to support patches or minor updates (i.e. security updates or bug fixes) provided by the OS vendors are the updates are released.
