Below is the list of System Error Notification Events in TMMS:

 
Every 3 rows represents the problem, reason, and suggestion to the problem.
System Error Notification EventDescription
MAIL_PROBLEM_SCEP_AFTERUnable to retrieve the challenge password from SCEP server.
MAIL_REASON_SCEP_AFTERThe SCEP server is inaccessible.
MAIL_SUGGESTION_SCEP_AFTER_RERLACEMake sure that the SCEP server is alive and the policy server
can access its Web server.
  
MAIL_PROBLEM_SCEP_AUTH_AFTERUnable to retrieve the challenge password from SCEP server.
MAIL_REASON_SCEP_AUTH_AFTERThe policy server authentication fails.
MAIL_SUGGESTION_SCEP_AUTH_AFTERCheck the SCEP server settings to make sure they are correct,
and try again.
  
MAIL_PROBLEM_SCEP_PASS_AFTERSCEP server returned an invalid challenge password.
MAIL_REASON_SCEP_PASS_AFTERThe SCEP server's pool is full.
MAIL_SUGGESTION_SCEP_PASS_AFTERIncrease the SCEP server's pool size, and try again.
  
MAIL_PROBLEM_NOTI_APNS_AFTERUnable to send APNs push notification message.
MAIL_REASON_NOTI_APNS_AFTERThe Apple Push Notification service is unreachable.      
MAIL_SUGGESTION_NOTI_APNS_AFTERMake sure that the Policy Server can connect to
gateway.push.apple.com and your APNs certificate is valid,
and try again.
  
MAIL_PROBLEM_SENDER_AFTERUnable to send text message.
MAIL_REASON_SENDER_AFTERMobile Security is unable to access the SMS sender.
MAIL_SUGGESTION_SENDER_AFTERMake sure that the SMS sender is connected to the Master Server,
and try again.
  
MAIL_PROBLEM_LDAP_AFTERUnable to connect to the LDAP server.
MAIL_REASON_LDAP_AFTERThe settings are incorrect or the account is expired.
MAIL_SUGGESTION_LDAP_AFTER_RERLACECheck the LDAP settings, and try again.
  
MAIL_PROBLEM_BB_BES_UNAUTHORIZED_AFTERUnable to connect to the BlackBerry Enterprise (BES) server.
MAIL_REASON_BB_BES_UNAUTHORIZED_AFTERThe BlackBerry Administration Service Credentials are not valid. 
MAIL_SUGGESTION_BB_BES_UNAUTHORIZED_AFTERCheck the user account, password, and domain name, and try again.
  
MAIL_PROBLEM_BB_BES_CONNECT_ERROR_AFTERUnable to connect to the BlackBerry Enterprise (BES) server.
MAIL_REASON_BB_BES_CONNECT_ERROR_AFTERThe server name for BlackBerry Administration Service Credentials
is not valid.
MAIL_SUGGESTION_BB_BES_CONNECT_ERROR_AFTERCheck the server name, and then try to connect to the BES server again.
  
MAIL_PROBLEM_BB_BES_RESOLVED_NAME_ERROR_AFTERUnable to connect to the BES server.
MAIL_REASON_BB_BES_RESOLVED_NAME_ERROR_AFTERThe server name for BlackBerry Administration Service Credentials
is not valid.
MAIL_SUGGESTION_BB_BES_RESOLVED_NAME_ERROR_AFTERCheck the server name for BlackBerry Administration Service Credentials,
and then try to connect to the BES server again.
  
MAIL_PROBLEM_BB_CT_TOOL_PATH_WRONG_AFTERUnable to access BlackBerry command tool.
MAIL_REASON_BB_CT_TOOL_PATH_WRONG_AFTERThe BlackBerry command tool path is not valid. 
MAIL_SUGGESTION_BB_CT_TOOL_PATH_WRONG_AFTERCheck the BlackBerry command tool path, and try again.
  
MAIL_PROBLEM_BB_CT_TOOL_NAME_UNRECOGNIZED_AFTERUnable to access BlackBerry command tool.
MAIL_REASON_BB_CT_TOOL_NAME_UNRECOGNIZED_AFTERThe BlackBerry command tool name cannot be recognized. 
MAIL_SUGGESTION_BB_CT_TOOL_NAME_UNRECOGNIZED_AFTERCheck the BlackBerry command tool configuration, and provide
the correct tool path, and try again.
  
MAIL_PROBLEM_BB_DB_AFTERUnable to connect to the BlackBerry database.
MAIL_REASON_BB_DB_AFTERThe BlackBerry database settings are not valid.
MAIL_SUGGESTION_BB_DB_AFTERCheck the BlackBerry database settings, and try again.
