Snapshot folder is filling up HTTPDB

    • Updated:
    • 1 Feb 2016
    • Product/Version:
    • OfficeScan 10.6
    • Platform:
    • Windows 2008 Standard
Summary

When doing a manual or scheduled database backup of OfficeScan (OSCE), it does not create a backup in the DBBackup folder. Instead, it creates multiple snapshot folders in the HTTPDB. This increases the size of the HTTPDB and occupies large HDD space.

This happens because of a possible corrupted database or backup folder.
