You can generate an agent and product build list using Ad Hoc queries.

  1. Open the TMCM console.
  2. Go to Logs > New Ad Hoc Query.
  3. Under Step 1: Data Scope, click Select Product Tree and choose the folder where the agent list will be generated from.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Under Step 2: Data View, select Product Information > Managed Product Information > Product Status Information.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Under Step 3: Query Criteria, click Change Column Display.
  8. Under Selected Fields, set only the following:
    • Product Entity/Endpoint
    • Product/Endpoint IP
    • Managed Control Manager Entity
    • Product
    • Product Version
    • Product Build

    Setting the fields

  9. Click the Back button.
  10. Make sure that Custom Criteria checkbox is ticked and set the following:
    • Match: All of the criteria
    • Product Role is not equal to client

This will make sure the list will not include OfficeScan clients.

    Setting the custom criteria

  11. Ensure that the Save this query to the saved Ad Hoc Queries Listcheckbox is ticked and enter a name for the Ad Hoc Query.

    Saving the query

  12. Click Query.
  1. Open the TMCM console.
  2. Go to Logs > Saved Ad Hoc Queries.
  3. From the list, tick the Ad Hoc Query that you created and click the Share button.

    Sharing ad hoc queries

The Ad Hoc Query will now appear under Available Queries. Other TMCM users will now be able to run the SQL query.

Other users will only be able to run the query in locations where they have access to TMCM. If they do not have access, it will not appear in the results.

To run the saved query, just go to Available Queries and click View to get the result.
