The following table lists the Device Control permissions for USB:

List Device Content Only
In OSCE 10.5, the No Access permission means that "a user can only view the content of the USB but cannot modify it". In this case, a USB can still be plug in to the computer. The said permission was later renamed in 10.6 as List Device Content Only.
In OSCE 10.6 with DLP (Officescan Data Protection Plugin), Block permission is added to block USB plugin to the client PC. You need to install DLP Plugin to make this permission visible from the console.
